The Market Is Inherently Curious
The market is just very, very curious. It needs the comfort of knowing what is beyond certain areas before it can move with confidence in another direction. One of my actual favorite er set up is when you get a large gap on the open. When i see that, particularly with an open gap, i will usually look to fade that that market momentum back towards the gap close.
