JP Morgan Chase and Citibank Control the Federal Reserve

JP Morgan today announced that it was now able to accept government deposits in all 50 US states. If they control state deposits and state bank accounts, then you're on your way to just total central control. The danger here is I'll never forget when California had a budget problem and they wanted to issue script. They couldn't because JP Morgan Chase was their lead bank and they wouldn't let them.
