Early Childhood Learning - From Zero to Three?

There are a lot of researchers working on ideas and programs to boost very, very early childhood learning from zero to three or four. One example is the nurse family partnership which involves nurses visiting mothers when their babies are just born. This kind of baby one o one stuff was the cores of this kind of very early parenting intervention. And since it started so long ago, many research papers have been written, including by the economist jim heckman. The gist of these research studies is that there are long term benefits to this kind of one o one support.
