The Genetic Factor on Your HRV
A lot of it I think is genetic in terms of the absolute value which has also limited value. Olympic athletes with low values and high values doesn't mean anything basically because they have their different HRVs. improving HRV to me does not necessarily mean having a higher HRV but simply having a more stable HRV so that you don't have all these swings.
