The Deficit and Access Views

Some people have power in certain aspects of the society and others in different parts. You might have one language that is used a lot in religious context, but not much used in government or vice versa. So there's, there's a lot of things to deal with. I'm just looking at your notes and seeing ideas to talk about, we kind of talked about deficit and access sort of without using the terms,. We're talking about, but, you know, the idea that speaking a minority language takes away.
