When I started off in the mobile and app field my manager back then she quit after three months when I started so I was alone in this team in a new field with let's say not very elaborate skills yet. So it was about getting tips but also about somebody understanding at which point I am because at the beginning of my career I wasn't sure am I not good at my job or is this something everyone is struggling with good, he says. "I get a lot of questions from people who are talking about their team set up and saying that they feel a little bit lost sometimes," adds Lerman.
