Human cultures have been the opposite of marginization, writes David Frum. Even in short spaces of time, as short as a century or two, unique creoles and dialects can spring up. If not for the enforcement of languish saternization through the school system, i think we would actually see an even more rapid explosion of linguistic diversity developing out of these cruels and dialects.
