The declaration for the future of the inner net is a document that came out of the white house last week. It's very interesting, especially in the broader context of what the united states is trying to do at the united nations,. viz china, also with russia. A lot of that is coded language, again, for the chinese government's view on the internet. They talk about internet sovereignty. And the way that the chinese frame this is they believe that on line and off line, the concept of sovereignty is the same.
