I was eating three or four eggs a day, pretty consistently for about 20 years. Now it's primarily just, it's just a lot of meat. At least a pound and a half, two pounds of meat is usually the goal per day. So yeah, zero calcium score, my insulin level doesn't seem to be causing creating diabetes in me either. I don't know how that got added as a downside of eating meat. But somehow people seem to associate vegetarianism with being diabetic.
