Thernos, Brill, and Thernos - What's Going On?

Tyler was willing to admit that he'd spoken to me, but there was no way he going to implicate others. thernos refused to include tyler's parents and heirs in the litigation release it was willing to grant him. Meanwhile, back in new york, i had no idea any of this was happening. All i knew is that i could no longer reach tyler. He wasn't answering his burner phone or returning my emails.
