The Caller Effect Is a Great Way to Improve Your Teaching
Sometimes we make the error of putting the best student in the class besides the student who is really really struggling and that's frustrating for both of them. It's much better to put the really really top students with someone who's around you know position three four five in your class so they can learn from each other. On average a teacher is asking something crazy like 650 questions a day or could have even been higher than that because you're constantly asking questions so how we use our questions is vital.
