What Are the Common Themes Driving Deal Activity?

There are clearly some common themes that we can identify that i think cut across big and small. One of the interesting things we've seen is just renewed focus on capital allocation in the boardroom. In terms of sides of activity, we have seen larger activity, both in the corporate side and the private capital side. And i would drill into that one level down, cross border transactions as well. But those themes are actually very common across old plants.
