It's ok have feelings of anger or bitterness coming up. If that's what's coming up for you, that's all k. Because a spanner has been thrown into the works of your life and you now have to live your life in this really different, inconvenient way. A big one for me is when i'm in a public area with people, all i'm doing is thinking about whether their masks are in place, or i'm judging other people who aren't. So i'm angry frequently.
