A, and i do think people who support the pilibuster seek to invoke history to make it seem like a really integral part of our a democracy. But in fact, it has much, much more recent roots. And one thing i'll say, when you asked before about kind of the definition of philibuster in our contemporary language, we use it to think of this need to get a super majority to end debate.
