How to Design a Culture of Excellence in the Workplace
Ore designed cultural elements in isolation would take like a feedback or performance review process. But going back to the stories piece that you mentioned, about how the stories reinforce either the capabilities or the values, really well, i noticed early on that there was very much like a short story culture. And so the depth and quality of the story doesn't matter as much as just telling them often and reinforcing them often. No one is going to be great at all of these, but together were gon to compliment one another. It bit's the complement of everyone together that makes the otpit really great.
