And I think we mistake some of that building culture for our own personal coaching methodology. But just because your head coach isn't leading does not mean that you can't, he says. In fact, it's more important that you do because somebody needs to be doing it. Kite: Do not wait for your head coach to lead culture for you to lead culture. You got to go where your head coach is going.
