There's only ever going to be so many people that want to work on your product. So you got to find simple ways for them to take that ownership and feel involved in the governant, in the direction ofof what you're building. Enable them to be part of the future direction of your product. And try to do it in simple s too, like a game fight company that started a dow where anybody can test and play games and give feedback. i believe they have over two thousand guild members in that part of the dout game testers,. You know, simple? It's not. These people don't need to make complex proposals of thefuture direction.
