What Are You Looking for in Your Career?
When you're trying to pivot your career, don't do much self reflection of what you're actually looking for. I made a big mistake when i pivoted my career and basically applied to anything and everything under the sun that had an impact element in it. And that's a big mistake on miend of bein a little bit too broad on what i was trying to pivot to. A, i walk, i realize now, and as i was documenting some of o some thoughts for this conversation, what happens when you have a broad idea of where you want to go is that it actuallyly to more confusion.
