The Importance of Global Cities

I was surprised that I don't even know if there's a Canadian university quote unquote in Canada, but there's one in Dubai. So places like North Korea might represent it as student populations. And I think that underscores what Will was saying about global cities being places where there is just a flow of humanity and human activity. That's really what marks, I think, the global cities and makes them very strategic and very important.
