OKRs and MBOs
MBOs were very much a top down thing. If you do a voice in it, you don't have much of a voice. The other voice you have is when you are cascading your MBOs down to the person below you. And I think unfortunately a lot of people, they see OKRs, they hear about them. They'll even hear the drive from MBOs. But working with them over a year, I came to like them.
