The Dollar's Role in the World's Economy

The dollar is as a reserve currency around the world, whenever transactions occur in big commodities and big deals, it's typically an intermediary. The US dollar has effectively been the currency of the world for our entire lifetimes. We're having an inflationary crisis too; compared to everywhere else, we're actually not that horrible. I'm talking about our economy and we have the world's biggest military.
