The First Amendment Does Not Apply to Non Governmental Entities

This is nowhere in DHS's actual job function of protecting our safety and security from terror attacks. This also intersects with a topic we discussed over a year ago on this podcast as well, which is Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against big tech alleging that its censorship violates the First Amendment. And if there was one Democrat in Congress who gives a flip about free speech, he or she ought to be outraged at this. No Democrat anymore in the Senate cares one wit about the threat to free speech from government censorship.
