The Modeling Element in a College Ministry

I think the modeling element is often an under spoken or under appreciated piece of what we do in discipling. The fact that you were able to see in these leaders lives, like something that you wanted to aspire to, says a lot about the disciple making that was taking place even on the staff level. That's, that's powerful. Even kind of like just keeping focused on the fundamentals of making sure these guys are really walking with God and leading their families well.
