How to Use the Diet App to Get More Volume
The app is so freaking flexible, it's awesome. I can just delete stuff out. I can move things around. Like sometimes it has double shoulder movements. You can add a set. You can remove a set. It doesn't matter. You can skip the empty sets. If you have a question about how to do something in the app, once you have the app in your head and using it, you can always message customer search. Every exercise has a menu. Every day has a menu all of the top right hand corner. And your whole mess of cycle has amenu. A lot of stuff in those menus, eat the per exercise menu.
