The Importance of Internal Communication in a Company
I used to get paid 30 to 50 thousand dollars for an hour to speak now I'd be lucky to get 10 to 20k and it's across the board that type of thing is happening. There was a lot of artificial inflation in salary and compensation that happened in 2021 and 2022 that will at some point need to be corrected yeah. We have our company will hand every second week and we leave room for questions and we also have this anonymous possibility to ask questions you don't need to feel embarrassed or like why am I asking about this? So then we get to know what people are really worried about or thinking about and we can also address those questions as leaders.
