I've traveled pretty extensively through Africa I've probably been to 15 or 20 countries there but I certainly know Latin America a lot better considering I live here on the ground. It is very interesting that China will come in do these types of projects become the largest trading partner but are not looking to interfere with them. The US has a reputation of actually being involved in coups and assassinations of leaders that we don't like so this is another very very attractive aspect of China.
