The three pillars of a value pass are outcome definition, path design and context. Event valuation is trying to figure out what user outcomes actually have a strong correlation with long-term revenue for the company. Workflow design is looking at things like how to set expectations so that users can harness motivation in their workflows. And then finally, it's about helping people get to whatever specific outcome they're pursuing through your product.
