Is There a Morning Routine That Helps You?
I have morning routine that starts at five a m. I get up, i get some form of exercise, and followed by a meditation,. follow by a reading, and usually about four different books. There's always some form of journaling that comes in in the morning. And then part part of it, which is just kind of fun, i make breakfast for my family, i have a couple of shots of expresso, and i'm back down in my office.
