A few weeks ago, I was working out with some 19 year olds and I got like very aggressive with my dead list. My ego was ready to lift a lot more than my body physically was. And I went right to the PT app the same day and started doing the stretches that were recommended for lower back pain. It wasn't actually looking back on it now that I'm back in the fight again.
