When i joined, the office was probably about 65 people. The crits have just been really rewarding in terms of providing people an opportunity to present another side to themselves. And during this covet time, we've continued them. I don't think you can understand how having nice wine and cheese for the taking at a crit how valuable that was. So there are a few things that were difficult,. right? We wanted this to continue durint covet. But when the office was 25, it made one project make more impact than 12 other projects. Now there ware over 200 within our practice. It improves projects, it improves thinking. It pushes everybody. And it's the most critical sort
