Introduction
This is Chasing Scratch. Episode 1, a pact. August 20th. We are two guys in our mid-30s. We have wives, kids, jobs, adult responsibilities, and shaky 11 handicaps. And we're trying to get those handicaps to scratch in a year. The one thing we agreed was that we were unwilling to chase scratch if it meant becoming deadbeat husbands, terrible fathers, and horrible employees. This had to be done in a way that maintained the integrity of all those relationships. There was going to be no hiring of swing coaches quitting our jobs, cashing in our 401ks and moving to Florida.
