The Pathophysiology of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
The common theme seems to be you don't go after the tendons themselves. So there's a lot of sort of snipping the supporting structures and not trying to carve away the lump, which is the thing that makes intuitive sense. If they wear the brace at nighttime, that can help. And then just having the patient be mindful about the posture of their wrist, if you will, keeping that wrist in a neutral position also helps.
