How to Track Your Response Rates

I don't track the actual response rate because there's so many variables that kind of go into that what I do track though is the cost per acquisition cost per deal. So our cost per deal ends up averaging about $3,000 in mail costs for every deal that I get. On average so far this year we've been averaging about $23,000 profit per deal. It definitely makes sense dollars and cents wise there.
