The Importance of Office Values in the RICS
MSCI put out an analysis this week about office values, mainly in the UK. It looked at some international markets as well and specifically just how severe the cratering of values has been. Every single one of those metrics is trending down over the year according to MSCI. But that's really only because there are so few deals actually happening and they're generally for better assets.
