The Role of Lisping in Gay Speech
Lisping is a caricature that is done in media, and some people then either for whatever reason they do do that or they want to. But I would say that statistically I don't think the majority of gay men will sound like that. A lot of it has to do with just like who you're around rather than your sexuality actually changing how you speak.
