Masters athletes have to do their endurance stuff on a weekend because they just can't fit in an endurance session during the week. How does that play out and do they end up doing, you know, one endurance ride and running during run over two weeks or do they still do them on the weekend and the weekdays are a little bit easier. What I would argue is: You don't need to have a seven day duration between two repeats of a type of training like the long run. It doesn't have to be now the long run might be important enough that we would do two of those in 14 days but other issues. For example, how do we distribute the interval sessions. Do
