The Supreme Court's Starry Decisis Footnote
The opinion was written by David Rothkopf, a former Supreme Court justice. He wrote that the court does not simply follow a bad precedent to the ends of the earth. In fact, he lists precedents that were not followed and were, in fact, overturned. Many of which, as he says, if they had not been overturned, would change the face of the country.
