How Do You Know if You're a Good Fit for Your Practice?
When did you identify that the job wasn't a good fit for you? I actually, probably early on, figured out that i didn't think this was going to be the best long term fit for me. The culture of the hospital i was in, i felt like it was very in the past in that gender discrimination was rampant. And im not just in radiology, but in surgery and medicine. Ma, i knew that they would take a long time to sort of see all that come into fruition. Am, and again, culture is one of those things that if you can change it, it's going to be a very slow erosion overtime.
