The SEC's Taking on a Life of Their Own

The SEC starts out with one purpose and ends up literally subverting and refuting them. It's very purpose. There are billions of treasury bills and bonds being issued every day or traded in the secondary market, but the SEC hasn't required that any one of the investors be told they're about to pass total taxes. Do we think that's a material omission? That's a huge bill. And the SEC is ignoring it while they push this climate change.
