How to Serve With Elders in a New Church

You're stepping into a bunch of decisions that were made earlier and without you. The Lord is bringing you from outside for the provision of that church, whatever you're going to be doing with it. There's another side to this. Paul tells somebody to not lay hands on anyone hastily. Well, when you're inheriting a church, don't unlay your hands on someone hastily. You have to get some level of confidence in the existing eldership in order to serve with them.
