Is There a Way of Resolving the Pendemic?

During the pendemic, many people reacted to digital isolation by starting to make sour dough bread. I've been wondering since then if there is their way of getting people to a realize that they can live that way even outside of pendemic times. There was this moment where i think we had this taste of se alternatives. Ah, for countless reasons, that moment, it was not a moment of opportunity, and simply passed. And i suppose some people have, you know, learned something for the long run from it.
