I was also on the spectrum a little bit and very stubborn. I hated feeling like I was in trouble, but I just had to resist it. You have a rebellious spirit. We're a real full little babies. Yeah. But even if you were a very good child, there was always never. Never. There's no like actual standard that like makes sense. If you meet it, you're good. Like it's about teaching obedience and control. So there's always going to be a moving goal post. And we wonder why we have anxiety. Because we don't, we, I am someone who needs information 24 seven. I'm hyper aware. I'm a catastrophizer
