Why Did You Decide to Join a Practice?

I struggled with whether i wanted to start a practice or join a practice. For me, i decided in the end that joining a practice would be a conducive to sort of the working environment i was looking for. I am definitely a joina practice type of person. When i joined emery a, it was really a good job for me,. It was joining a practice, but we really had quite a bit of atonomy and independencea despite having joined a practice.
