The Power of Self Compassion

I think it's a feeling of not feeling good enough, which I've always felt to a certain degree throughout my life. And kind of interpreting being very kind of knee jerk in my reactions to certain things. So yeah, this is all the stuff that I read about, and I recognized all these patterns, and it was so opening to read about. Yeah, and I guess you've got to have quite a decent dose of self compassion because whenever we have realizations about ourself or our behavior, we can easily go into self loathing.
