The Turtle Trader's Story
This week's guest is Jerry Parker, one of the original "turtle traders" In 1983, Chicago commodities trader Richard Dennis ran an ad in the Wall Street Journal saying that he wanted to hire a few people to come to Chicago and he would teach him how to trade using his methods. No experience necessary. I was working in public accounting in Virginia and I sent my resume in. And so that's how I found it.
