"The science that robert boyle is doing is happening among extraordinarily thy men who can afford this equipment, in private meetings. And they're very explicit about how not just anyone can do what they do," he says. "It's exactly that kind of thing that distributes the power so that somebody that's not in the hallowed halls of justice, and who's not and anointed by god and a king, can come and say, what? You're wrong."
