We were fighting an enemy that wasn't wearing a traditional uniform, and that wasn't part of the traditional army. And so the bush administration used that as an excuse, or as justification, to not treat them as prisoners of war. It will not end until every terrorist group of global reach has been found, stopped and defeated.
