How to Avoid Procrastination
Stress or anxiety can be a trigger for people to procrastinate. They might feel guilty for going and eating food when they weren't hungry, looking up cute pictures of puppies on Instagram. So there's a habit loop around procrastination. What we can do is help people map out that habit loop by comparing what it feels like compared to being focused. It helps people shift from thatprocrastination habit into getting work done.
