Once once attht the player base thinks that thegame is abandoned,. It becomes that dead mea and and it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. And i feel like regardless of what product you're working on or how you plann for those two years, as long as you are communicating with your player base and they feel heard, that goes a tremendous distance towards making it feel like your game is being cared for and your investment is worth it.
