Is There a Reciprocity in Learning?
An example would be, if i'm in my learning group and the project prompt has instructions that says, ok, you and your group need to create this slide deck. And the student might fall up to the coach and say, hey, are we doing this the right way aare we understanding the directions correctly? And the coach will always reflect back and encourage the student to make the decision. Aned that's like s a medo skill set you on to build right if you're coming back to your company you don't want to be wrong. I think any boss at any pany sort of values that initiative.
